Your Weekend in Baltimore: Street Food Festival
The Best Things to Do in Baltimore This Weekend...

Hey Baltimore—
If you’re making summer plans now, here’s some info that just got announced.
Sail250 Maryland is bringing four free festivals to the city June 26–28, spanning the Inner Harbor, Fells Point, Baltimore Peninsula, and Martin State Airport — all part of the national 250th anniversary celebration. Think live music from nearly 30 bands, a DJ stage, street theater, and a whole lot of Baltimore pride.
🏠 For Sale: A 4-bed, 4.5-bath luxury rowhouse in Canton — 4,070 sq ft of wide-plank hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and a gourmet chef's kitchen with quartz countertops and a massive island. The rooftop deck has sweeping city skyline views and glimpses of the waterfront. Priced at $1,265,000.
🥩 Menu Item: The Prime Bone-In Ribeye at The Barn & Lodge at The Rotunda — a 22 oz. locally-grown, grass-fed Roseda Beef bone-in ribeye, served with tamari butter, watercress, and balsamic.
🎟️ Hot Ticket: The Baltimore Wine Village returns to the Inner Harbor in May — four years running, and it keeps getting better. Expect a wide selection of wines and food, arts & crafts vendors, and kids' entertainment throughout the weekend.
Here’s what we’ve got this weekend:
The BIG Baltimore Kite Fest…
Baltimore Street Food Festival…
And the 34th Annual Fell's Point Second Sunday Antique Market…
Scroll on, make plans, and eat well, Charm City.

Pet Of The Week
Have a furry, feathered, or scaly friend you’re proud of? Send a photo and a few fun facts, and we might feature them in an upcoming issue. It’s a fun way to share smiles with the community and discover local pet resources along the way.
This week’s reader submission is: Bruno
“This is Bruno and he absolutely knows he’s the goodest boy in every room he walks into. He loves hanging out in the backyard like this, making friends with everyone he meets and flashing that big goofy smile.”

Bruno, a very good boy!
Date Spot Of The Week
The Barn & Lodge At The Rotunda (Hampden)
📍 729 W 40th St, Baltimore
Brand new and already worth the trip — The Barn & Lodge just had its grand opening on March 24th inside The Rotunda, after two years of delays, and the wait appears to have been worth it.
The space is housed inside the historic Power House — a building that once literally generated electricity for the Maryland Casualty Company campus back in 1921. It's been thoughtfully reimagined with original exposed brick, raw iron trusswork, and restored architectural details layered with natural wood and modern finishes. Translation: it's got the kind of atmosphere that does half the work for you on a date night.
What to order: Start with the Crab Dip — sweet claw crab, cheddar and cream cheeses, flambéed tableside with brandy (yes, tableside flambé). Hard to top that for an opening move. For mains, the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes with garlic spinach and crab remoulade are a safe bet, or go for the Braised Short Rib sandwich if you want something more casual. On the drinks side, the Smoked Sugar Sour Cherry Old Fashioned or the Honey's Hold bourbon cocktail are solid calls.
The vibe: Rustic farmhouse meets industrial-chic history. Warm, lively, and new enough that just going feels like a little adventure.
