šŸ¦€ Crab Fest 2025

The Best Things to Do in Baltimore This Weekend...

Hey Baltimore—

Hope you had a relaxing 4th of July weekend! I spent the weekend wincing as each firework went off hoping it wouldn’t wake up my 11-month old. No such luck.

Anyways, we’re now into the dog days of summer. And the forecast could look better (10 straight days of thunderstorms?!). But here at Eating Baltimore HQ, we’re pressing on, waterproofing a can of old bay, and ready to enjoy the summer as much as we can.

We’ve got crab feasts, great music & a few food festivals that will make your mouth water.

Scroll on, make plans, and as always — eat well, Charm City.

Together With Craft Crush

šŸŠ Maryland’s #1 Cocktail in a Can (and my personal favorite too!)
Born in Baltimore. Loved everywhere. Craft Crushes delivers real-deal Crush cocktails—gluten-free, 200 cals, 6% ABV, vodka distilled 6x.

Locally owned by Stacey (yes, she’s awesome). No fake stuff. Just citrusy refreshment that actually tastes like summer.

I’ve tried all three—Orange, Mango, and Strawberry Lemon—and they’re delicious. Smooth, not syrupy, and somehow even better straight from the can (not typical for canned cocktails)

Perfect for: Beach days. BBQs. AC blasting on the couch.

Find it at your local liquor store or visit craftcrushes.com to see where it’s stocked.

Get Involved: Eating Baltimore Dine Card Results

Last week I asked if you’d be interested in a $25 punch card for the best food spots in the Baltimore area. An overwhelming 95% of you said ā€œLove it – I’m in!ā€

Thanks to everyone who voted—I really appreciate the time you take to share your thoughts. I’ll be hard at work finding the best restaurants to partner with to make this happen.

Got a restaurant or bar in mind that I should reach out to? Great! Know the owner personally? Even better. Shoot me an email here.

This newsletter is just as much yours as it is mine, and I want you to help shape where we go from here. Whether it’s food deals, in-person events/happy hours, local collabs, your input drives what we build next.

Have an idea or request for what you’d like to see in the newsletter?
